of Life, May 9, 1999 at Gentry-Halsted, provide us with your name and
address and we will get it to you! There is no charge for this video tape, but we
ask that you to make a donation of $10 or more to Michael's favorite charity, Open
Hand Chicago, in his memory. We will forward your donation to Open
Hand Chicago.
